This is great! It's wild to me how people feel attacked by an iPad and this myopic idea that people are paying for "someone turning around a screen." Confront why it's making you feel like garbage (also tipping is one of those things we get all in our head about and want to dwell on, but the minute you do it, you feel fine so just do it).
A great reminder to think about tips as more than abstract numbers on a screen or receipt. Thank you. My spouse waited tables through grad school and long beyond. Those tips made all the difference. He worked hard for them!
