Just made a half batch of these with nearly the last (sob) of my Burlap and Barrel pumpkin spice blend. They are great! Thank you!

I just made these again, but an apple cider version and they came out so great!

I did a half batch, but my subs were grated apple instead of pumpkin plus a tablespoon of ground golden flax. Reduced apple cider instead of the milk, and just cinnamon for the spice. Also reduced the sugar a bit because the cider is so sweet. Then brushed with melted v. butter and dipped in cinnamon sugar.
