I've been sewing my own clothes, out of the most sustainable and biodegradable fabrics I can find for about 10 years now, and like growing my own veg in the backyard, it's a political act. But it's been a lonely one, because somewhere along the way, everyone just capitulated to consumerism. I'm so grateful for the thoughtful and engaged way you both are doing this work.
